1. 适用范围

本政策说明 AiJia 爱家（aijia.sg）如何收集、使用和保护你的个人数据，并依照新加坡《个人数据保护法》（PDPA）处理。如有疑问，或希望查阅、更正、删除你的数据，请联系 hello@aijia.sg。

2. 我们收集哪些数据

购买信息：付款时你在 Stripe 页面填写的邮箱、姓名，以及付款金额、时间和付款编号。银行卡信息由 Stripe 直接处理，我们不会收到或保存。
登录码使用记录：登录码、验证和下载的时间、下载的文件名，以及发起下载时的 IP 地址。
浏览器本地存储：为方便你下次访问，网站会把你输入过的登录码保存在你自己的浏览器里，不会上传给我们。你可以随时清除浏览器数据。
基础访问数据：网站托管服务（Cloudflare）会处理访问所必需的技术信息，如 IP 地址和浏览器类型，用于安全防护和不含个人身份的访问统计。

我们不使用广告追踪 Cookie。

3. 我们如何使用

生成并发送登录码、提供下载；
处理退款、回答你的问题；
防止登录码被滥用或分享；
履行法律和税务记录义务。

我们不会出售你的个人数据，也不会用于与上述目的无关的营销。只有在你同意后，才会向你发送产品更新邮件。

4. 与第三方共享

我们仅在提供服务所必需时，与以下服务商共享数据：

Stripe：处理付款；
Cloudflare：网站托管、数据库和文件存储；
邮件发送服务（如 Resend）：发送登录码邮件。

这些服务商可能在新加坡境外处理数据，我们会选择提供相当保护标准的服务商。法律要求时，我们也可能向有关部门披露信息。

5. 保存期限

购买和登录码记录在登录码到期后最多保存 5 年（用于会计、税务和纠纷处理），下载记录中的 IP 地址最多保存 12 个月，之后删除或匿名化。

6. 你的权利

你可以要求查阅或更正我们持有的你的个人数据，也可以撤回同意。撤回同意可能影响我们继续为你提供登录码相关服务。我们会在合理时间内（一般 30 天内）回复。

7. 数据安全

我们使用 HTTPS 加密传输、限制后台访问权限，并避免收集非必要的数据。但任何网络传输都无法保证绝对安全。

8. 政策更新

本政策如有更新，会在本页修改生效日期。

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 5 October 2026

1. Scope

This policy explains how AiJia (aijia.sg) collects, uses and protects your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). For questions, or to access, correct or delete your data, contact hello@aijia.sg.

2. What we collect

Purchase information: the email and name you enter on the Stripe checkout page, plus amount, time and payment reference. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; we never receive or store them.
Access code usage: your code, the times it was verified and used, file names downloaded, and the IP address of each download request.
Browser local storage: for convenience, the website remembers the code you entered in your own browser. It is not sent to us, and you can clear it at any time.
Basic access data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical information necessary to serve the site, such as IP address and browser type, for security and non-identifying traffic statistics.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

to issue and deliver access codes and provide downloads;
to handle refunds and answer your questions;
to prevent misuse or sharing of codes;
to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing. We will only send product update emails with your consent.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data only as needed to provide the service, with:

Stripe — payment processing;
Cloudflare — website hosting, database and file storage;
an email delivery provider (e.g. Resend) — sending access code emails.

These providers may process data outside Singapore; we use providers that offer a comparable standard of protection. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Retention

Purchase and access code records are kept for up to 5 years after a code expires (for accounting, tax and dispute purposes). IP addresses in download logs are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may request access to or correction of the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to continue providing access-code services to you. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.

7. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, restrict administrative access, and avoid collecting unnecessary data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Updates

Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
