In short: the data is a digital product, so refunds are generally not available once any file has been downloaded. Unused codes, duplicate payments and unresolved technical problems are refundable.

1. Full refunds

• Not yet used: requested within 7 days of payment and no file has been downloaded with the code;
• Duplicate payment: any extra payment made by mistake is refunded in full;
• Cannot access: a technical problem on our side prevents downloading and we cannot fix it within 7 days of you contacting us;
• Materially not as described: the files are corrupt, empty or clearly not the dataset described, and we cannot supply the correct files.

2. Generally not refundable

• files have been downloaded and you have changed your mind or no longer need them;
• the code has expired or its download limit has been reached;
• the code was deactivated for breach of the Terms (e.g. sharing or reselling codes or data).

3. How to request

Email hello@aijia.sg with your access code, payment email and the reason. We usually reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned via Stripe to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank, usually 5–10 business days. The related code is deactivated once refunded.

4. Other

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Singapore law.
